How do I know which wood burning/multi-fuel stove to BUY??

Two prospective customers remarked that stoveindia.com is not 'helping' them choose the stove or fireplace model they need. So that's the subject of this blog. Selecting a stove/fire obviously requires you to figure how much heat you want (too much is bad, uncomfortable), what style you prefer (classical or straight lines) and whether you want to opt for a free standing stove or a fireplace inset or insert. The last choice is site specific in terms of room layout and chimney/steel flue exhaust options. So maybe I need to build up a Q&A to help customers? Perhaps that will not give the correct picture. And yes, you can have any color as long as it's matt black! However, if you really want another color - do not despair - Stovebright Paint (available on Amazon for $20) and other Stove Paint firms in the UK too sell dozens of stove paint colors - you can literally go for bronze too.
