Hi Sudha I have measured the cast iron bend that we are extending with a steel pipe (see orange below) and have measured the spigot ring (that comes with the stove - striped ring next to Orange is the spigot). The wall width is 9 inches and we therefore require 11 1/8th inch long extension so that the baby gabriel will be 3 inches from the wall. To play it safe we are making the extension exactly one foot long.

Thanks for the explanation. Looks good. Agree with 1 ft length. You mentioned that the pipe will slide i to the stove and it is possible to adjust it by a few inches. Will this still hold good in this arrangement?

No diagram for the 135 connectors. But for the Gabriel the stove joint is being designed and fabricated. Eventually you will hv to improvise when you install. Leave a Reply. |
